Charles “Chuck” DiVine president of DiVine Homes and Sycamore Estates LLC.

Is formerly from Central New Jersey where he has been involved in the construction industry for the last 40 years.

Chuck, has the knowledge of the old school way of doing things, you know “the right way”. He builds your foundations as a standard so you will hopefully never have to call that foundation guy. We are a “Family Owned Business”.
 
Receiving his college education at Quinnipiac College in Hamden, Connecticut and working as a carpenter in the summers to finance his education, Chuck quickly began work with some of the largest builders on the East Coast, building and managing various projects ranging from single- family homes and communities, town-homes, 55+ communities, apartment complexes and commercial projects.

As Vice-President and a Regional Project Manager for several of the leading developers in New Jersey Chuck DiVine developed hundreds of single family and town-homes in the Freehold, Millstone, Manalapan and Central New Jersey.

Now focusing his efforts on the Lake Texoma region, Chuck plans on building 10 - 20 high-quality homes a year for his clientele.

Meet Zachary “Zac” DiVine, VP of DiVIne Homes and Sycamore Estates LLC

Zac being raised in Central New Jersey and one of your Meliumims as of 2020. He has the knowledge and talent along with his unique perspective and creativity that today’s home owners are looking for including that Southern Charm and modern flare that all of us in Texas are looking for..

As a child he watched his dad build, supervise and design homes, which seemed to be Zac’s ” forte”.

He has a unique talent to know what today’s homeowner are looking for, whether it is the current color palette, or design, he is our “go to guy”.

Let me share just a few things that this talented guy can do. His creativity to the modern design along with the old school Craftsmanship and his attention to detail is so above the normal standards.
